Preschool Room for 3 year olds
A preschooler’s life is a time of amazing learning and development. They want to touch, smell, taste, hear and do everything for themselves. They are eager to learn new things. A 3 year olds way of learning is through play. They are busy developing skills, learning language and struggling to gain inner control. In the preschool room the children will participate in a theme-based curriculum that involves a daily circle time, planned playtime; self-directed or teacher directed, and large muscle play. Activity centers are a large part of the preschool room. Dramatic play, block area, art and exploration center and the library corner are just a few areas of interest available to the children throughout the room.
